Attributes Associations

On this page you can assign and manage the most critical asset attributes. You can access this page by clicking Attribute Associations after selecting an asset on the Define Asset Attributes page.

The following attributes display on this page:

• Category

• Subcategory

• Asset type

• Manufacturer

Update asset attributes

1. Select the check boxes on the left for the rows containing the category, subcategory, asset type, and/or manufacturer you want to assign to the asset.

2. Click Update.

   The selected attributes are associated with the asset.

   Your selections, indicated by a selected a check box, remain visible on the page after you update and the next time you access the page. This makes it easier to view and update associations for the asset in the future.
